Elliot Roberts has been my manager since the sixties and we have travelled the world together with Crazy Horse, Stray Gators, Buffalo Springfield, CSNY, Santa Monica Flyers and others, not to mention the countless solo shows. Elliot has been at virtually every show. Above is a picture of us circa 1973 in a hotel during the TONIGHT’S THE NIGHT tour, including ROXY.
We get to talk about all the things we are trying to do, all the ideas, concepts, etc. Through the years our friendship endures. Now we are happy to be still doing it and looking forward to more ways to express and communicate through music, movies, books, Archive releases and other things. I just wanted to say how thankful I am for this great enduring relationship of over 50 years that we have shared together. I wish there was a way to share him telling a joke, but you would just have to be there to see one of the funniest people in the world for yourself.
