What a night! The audience was really amazing. They listened to me and they listened to John Hammond. It was quiet while I sang and played. The NYA audiences are the greatest! The fact is that everyone there got tickets through NYA. All tickets to the show at the sold out gloriously restored Fox Theater, were purchased right here by our supporters. What a pleasure to play at this exquisite palace of art. No scalpers. Everyone in the audience was there just for the music. Unity and love filled the hall in St. Louis!
I sincerely thank all of you who came to see me and hear my songs. I talked more than usual, because there was nothing to overcome… NYA audiences ROCK! They came to hear the music and have fun together with like-minded people. We were one in St. Louis.
