The friendship between Mazzeo and Neil was one filled with adventures – including a road trip on Route 66. This homage painting is included in the Greendale book.
Mazz loved working on the Greendale project. When interviewed by Rebecca Patt for metroactivemovies.com, this line in Bandit was mentioned – “You’re hard to reach, no one can reach you, but I can reach you”.
Mazz replied: “…and he can reach me, ’cause he’s like my best friend, and he knows he can”.
