Be sure to read the Ticketmaster conditions for ticket purchases. NYA provides the code, but once you enter the code, you are doing business with Ticketmaster and not NYA.
One of Ticketmaster’s rules limits reselling the tickets at a different price than you paid for, a rule created to minimize scalping. But, that also means if the price of the tickets is later lowered, Ticketmaster does not allow you to sell at a lower price. We don’t like that rule but have no control over it.
Occasionally you may see greyed out areas where seats are unavailable. We have tried to minimize or eliminate them to offer you, our members, the best seats, but sometimes that is not possible because the seats belong to season subscribers or are controlled by a particular venue.
Lastly, remember you can only purchase seats from a computer and not from your phone or tablet. That’s because the tickets would cost substantially more with Google and Apple’s required cut.
