Fun process the ALUNA technique!
1- paint canvas black
2- go to sleep visualizing the motion your arm will orchestrate with a very wide paintbrush and white paint…make it a type of dance move..fall asleep practicing the pattern over and over.
3- wake up….and immediately take the Black Canvas and the wide brush and bucket of white
Outside and do your dance with brush loaded full and dripping….
Stop at the end of your rehearsed movement.
If you like what you see stop and let it dry…if not adlib a quick second dance movement then leave it to dry.
5- you now have the canvas ready to paint any way you want….do what your mind suggest you do.
