‘Honour The Treaties Tour’, 2014
Mother Earth
Directed by Bernard Shakey
Performed in Alberta during the ‘Honour The Treaties Tour’, 2014
From the unreleased film ‘Honour the Treaties,’ made with Dave Toms and CK Vollick. This version of ‘Mother Earth’ rings true.. I hope this film soon sees the light of day. It has been on the back burner for way too long.
A tour across Canada in support of the first Nations, ‘Honour’ is a concert documentary of the times. We’ve got to get it out there!
