It not only searches, but Deep Search sorts and presents the results in an organized way. Most searches just return a list of items in no specific order, but Deep Search organizes everything to make it easy to use. It brings every bit of information that exists in the archive to the forefront, reaching deep into the archives and looking everywhere. It opens up the archive like nothing else we’ve done before.
We are pleased to announce Deep Search, a major upgrade to Search on NYA. As we’ve added thousands of new items to NYA, it’s become more difficult to quickly find what you are looking for, so this is a feature we’ve wanted to do for a long time.
Our new Deep Search engine will make it much easier for you to find just about anything on NYA – near instantaneously!
When you Deep Search, the results will be displayed by tabbed category, including albums, songs, articles, etc. You’ll be able to jump to the results and return back to explore more results.
