With fossil US fuel giants feeling the inevitability of their demise, they need an alternative and so do we. We all need to use the fossil fuel infrastructure, a positive move for America and the world.
Imagine the Food and the Fuel of the Future grown by American farmers and available in USA’s existing infrastructure. It could be corn – It could be sugarbeets! Brazil is currently doing just that right now!
Leaders are seeing it coming.
The Governor of California has called for no new gasoline powered cars on the state’s highways in 2035. I think that we should keep internal combustion and use bio fuel because electric cars are not the whole answer. Electricity has a sustainability challenge in that the batteries currently made require constant mining of natural resources in other countries. That mining is a dangerous practice – fraught with problems for the future. Electric cars will be good in the short term, but not the whole answer.
Fossil fuels are on the way out. Sustainable renewable ethanol from corn, sugarbeets and other plant based fuels is coming now with a huge advantage over electric cars – Clean and green with existing infrastructure.
That old Buick seen above is one of my favorites. I don’t drive it now because of fossil fuel dangers…. but with E100 onboard I soon will again. This old 47 Roadmaster was the ‘Tonights the Night’ album inner sleeve. We drove it to the studio every night!
Now it’s coming back again…..CLEAN and GREEN – converted to E100.
